Job summary

Pyramid It Consulting in the United States is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to partner with business stakeholders and technology teams. You will analyze business needs, define system requirements, and support enterprise technology solutions across the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, system integrations, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst in enterprise technology environments.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and data flow concepts.
Hands-on experience creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Experience with Jira and Confluence for Agile project management and documentation.
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and objectives.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
Conduct gap analysis and recommend system or process improvements.
Work with Product Owners, Developers, QA, and Solution Architects throughout the project lifecycle.
Support system integration efforts by defining data flows and validating business processes.
Facilitate workshops, requirement review sessions, and UAT.
Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and use cases.
Track requirements, risks, and changes during execution.
Support production issue analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
