Job summary

enGen is seeking an IS/IT analyst to support application lifecycle activities across components. You will translate business needs into detailed requirements, analyze data for process improvements, and contribute to test plan execution and defect analysis.

The role participates in Agile Scrum teams, ensuring quality delivery and risk management, with opportunities to mentor juniors and learn across platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, IS or related field.
• 3-5 years in IS/IT.
• Lean/Six Sigma and health insurance/healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers and team to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
• Participate in the full SDLC on Agile Scrum teams in various roles including Scrum Master, Business Technical Analyst, UI designer, Capability Manager, or Tester.
• Support requirements testing with plans, scenarios, defects, and analysis tied to customer impacts.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate project status and document requirement walkthroughs and sprint reviews, and assist with vendor solutions.
• Other duties as assigned.
