Job summary

enGen is seeking an analytical professional to support various aspects of the application product life cycle. You will collaborate with customers, software engineers, architects, and capability managers to translate needs into detailed requirements and drive quality solutions.

In this role you will participate in Agile scrum teams, assist with testing plans, and ensure compliance across the project lifecycle while mentoring junior resources and communicating project status.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/IS or related field.
• 3–5 years in IS/IT.
• Familiar with ITIL, TOGAF, Six Sigma, PMP (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Work with customers, engineers, and managers to capture capability needs and drive quality solutions.
• Participate in full SDLC on Agile scrum teams in various roles.
• Support requirements testing, including planning, scenarios, and defect management.
• Ensure compliance with required standards and approvals throughout projects.
• Communicate status and document requirements walkthroughs and reviews.
• Other duties as assigned.
