CorSource Technology Group in Portland, Oregon, seeks a Business Systems Analyst 3 to establish and maintain training records for safety compliance within the Safety Organization Internal Operations. The role requires leveraging LMS, Adobe, and Microsoft tools to track completion, authenticity, and frequency of training across personnel and partners.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, produce periodic reports, and ensure data integrity per federal requirements.

Competenze

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in data science, data analytics, business analytics, data modeling, mathematics, statistics, computer science, or applicable fields is preferred.
• 8 years of experience with a bachelor’s degree
• 10 years of experience with an associate degree
• 12 years of experience without a degree or applicable degree
• Experience should be progressive and technical in nature

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain an LMS database as the agency’s sole source of record for safety training compliance.
• Input and maintain training records for personnel and contracted partners.
• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to set database parameters for safety training compliance.
• Use LMS, Adobe, Cority, ISN, Procore, Microsoft products for data input, retrieval, mining, and analysis.
• Prepare reports, graphics, statistics, and queries using Microsoft Office, Adobe, and related tools.
• Ensure records meet federal recordkeeping criteria and agency requirements.
