Job summary

Nintendo of America in Redmond, WA is seeking a seasoned IT-business liaison to translate business concepts into software solutions and roadmaps, while overseeing end-user testing for successful deployments.

You will apply seven+ years of software development experience, strong SDLC knowledge, and structured system analysis to drive mid- to long-term delivery with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Requires seven+ years of experience in software development technologies and practices.
• Expertise in business analysis to meet company objectives and resolve complex issues.
• Experience with structured system analysis and SDLC methodologies.
• Ability to document requirements, cost, and prioritize solutions for roadmaps.
• Experience with both automated and manual testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field; postgraduate study preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT/global teams to support existing systems and align roadmaps.
• Conduct advanced analysis of client processes to guide project direction.
• Assess feasibility and cost effectiveness of proposed solutions and advise stakeholders.
• Define ongoing technology needs; document, cost, prioritize, and schedule delivery.
• Collaborate with software engineers to translate requirements into solutions; drive SDLC activities.
• Provide training and on-call support; ensure compliance with best practices.
