Job summary

Nintendo of America is seeking a forecasting professional to support the Revenue Planning & Operations team in Redmond, WA. You will forecast for physical videogame products including hardware, software, and accessories in the US, influencing inventory decisions and financial projections.

You will aggregate data, generate insights, create regular and ad-hoc reports, and collaborate across functions to improve forecasting processes and outcomes for the business.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in forecasting/planning or comparable analytical role.
• Strong understanding of supply chain, forecasting methodology and inventory management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, with intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to integrate and synthesize information from multiple data sources.
• Excellent analytical skills, with demonstrated abilities in forecasting and data synthesis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau).
• Familiarity with relational data sets (SQL, Python) – experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aggregates, cleans, and generates insights from various trends and data streams that inform forecasting information for future demand and product needs.
• Provides research and support on forecasting of historical, projected, and current customer, inventory, and sales trends.
• Generates regular and ad-hoc reporting for various internal and external partners.
• Promotes continuous improvement of forecasting processes to provide accurate and timely data.
• Collaborates with cross-functional groups to provide valuable insights that lead to improved outcomes.
