Job summary

Nintendo of America is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to lead revenue strategy planning across hardware, software, and digital services. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, develop data-backed recommendations, and prepare executive materials evaluating outcomes and opportunities.

Role requires 7+ years in business analysis and strong Excel/Tableau data skills, with a hybrid work setup in Redmond, WA. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business analysis.
• 5+ years of experience with analytics tools (VS Code, Copilot a plus).
• 5+ years of advanced Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Proficient in Tableau and building interactive dashboards.
• Strong data warehousing understanding.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate data into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop data-backed recommendations and business cases evaluating demand, financials, channels, and risks.
• Build relationships with Retail, Finance, Marketing and other functions to drive objectives.
• Prepare executive materials with strategic options, evidence and implications.
• Establish performance measures and conduct post-implementation reviews.
• Advise leadership on revenue growth opportunities including pricing and promotions.
• Create financial and scenario analyses for profitability and adoption.
