Job summary

Nintendo of America, based in Redmond, WA, seeks a product/configuration specialist to manage part numbers, BOMs, and configuration control for Nintendo’s products. You will work with Engineering, Design, Stores, Sales, and Marketing to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.

The role requires at least one year of ERP experience and familiarity with Agile/PLM software, plus a technical degree or equivalent. This is a hybrid Redmond position with benefits and a market pay range.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of experience working with ERP systems.
Experience with Agile software or PLM software for creating and maintaining items, BOMs, and specs.
Experience collaborating with multiple departments on a unified project timeline and objectives.
Expertise in Part Number Methodology and Configuration Control processes.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field, or equivalent mix of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Develop product and part specifications with Engineers, Design, and Marketing.
Remediate issues and gain stakeholder alignment to standards and guidelines.
Research part identification and BOM structure for parts and materials.
Generate BOMs and part numbers to support NOA products; analyze workflow issues.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with other departments for New Product Introduction and timely data release.
Support configuration control and documentation updates across systems.
