Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst to support the Commodity Risk Management business area.

The role involves requirements gathering, as‑is/to‑be analysis, gap analysis, and maintenance support for existing systems, collaborating with internal partners, IT, and external service providers. You will facilitate workshops, define test cases, document requirements, and lead design thinking exercises while ensuring compliance with SOX and related regulations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or computer engineering.
5+ years of experience supporting technology projects as a senior business analyst.
Experience with requirements gathering, process maps, and testing.
Lead BSA on capital projects and OM efforts for multiple client areas.
Ability to provide second- and third-level IT Help Line support.
Experience with compliance and regulations (NERC CIP, SOX) desirable.

Responsibilities

Facilitate requirements workshops for large projects.
Define requirements and test cases using structured methodologies.
Lead documentation of requirements, test cases, use cases, and design thinking.
Provide written and verbal updates on projects and solutions to IT and business management.
Consult internal partners regarding technology and process solutions.
Interface with internal partners and service providers to implement new systems.
Provide system maintenance support for multiple systems used by internal partners.
Provide support for projects and troubleshooting efforts.
Perform Sarbanes‑Oxley compliance control execution and evidence gathering.
