• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business/IT analysis or similar roles.
• Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and testing.
• Ability to lead workshops and communicate with IT and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements workshops for large and/or complex projects.
• Document systems, processes, and needs; perform as-is/to-be analyses.
• Define requirements and test cases; create use cases and designs.
• Provide updates to IT and business management; liaise with partners and service providers.
• Support implementation of new systems and maintenance for existing ones.
• Ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance through control execution and evidence gathering.
