Qualifications

• BS/BA and 8+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, and 4 years of SME in respective areas
• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
• Knowledge of BABOK and SDLC best practices
• Experience with designing and documenting business processes and rules
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and coordinate with stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Interviews end-users to define business requirements for complex software modifications and enhancements.
• Translates business requirements into functional specifications and coordinates changes.
• Facilitates design sessions with business and technical teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Documents requirements, business rules, and system specifications with clear diagrams and mock-ups.
• Drives projects to completion with plans, priorities, and status updates for management.
• Supports QA and development teams during implementation and testing.
