Job summary

Excellus BCBS is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to bridge business needs with IT solutions across Lifetime Healthcare Companies. You will gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into functional and non-functional specifications for solution architects and developers.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and the IT team, define MVP scope, and contribute to iterative releases while upholding privacy, governance, and corporate standards in a dynamic healthcare tech

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of data and systems analytics.
• Experience writing requirements or user stories that are clear and well organized.
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies and Automated Testing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, specify, and gather requirements.
• Create functional and non-functional requirements based on stakeholder needs.
• Develop understanding of the business, application, and data domain.
• Define scope for iterative releases and MVPs.
