The role focuses on requirements gathering, process improvement, and project leadership, coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with PBM/Health plan/State Medicaid is required.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interviews end-users to define business requirements.
• Translates requirements into functional specifications.
• Drives project plans and provides status updates to stakeholders.
• Manages multiple service requests through SDLC.
