MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst I to bridge end-user needs with GPS and MedImpact teams. You will translate business requirements into system design specs and support data-driven solutions.

The role emphasizes liaison work, documenting requirements, and ensuring timely delivery within project constraints, while collaborating with stakeholders across departments.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of SDLC and business requirements gathering.
• Experience with Medicaid, government healthcare programs is preferred.
• Proven negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

• Acts as liaison between end-users, GPS staff, and other MedImpact departments.
• Gathers, documents, and translates business needs into requirements and system design specifications.
• Supports development of data queries and reports; identifies trends and solutions.
• Maintains documentation and materials related to changes such as data or process flows and business rules.
• Ensures projects are completed on time and within defined specifications.
