The role emphasizes SDLC understanding, stakeholder collaboration, and producing clear documentation; on-site location in San Diego area with enterprise applications focus.

Qualifications

• AA and 4+ years’ experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of Visio, Golden, and Microsoft Office suite.
• Familiar with JAVA, OLTP, and IDEs; relational databases and client-server concepts.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, documents, and translates business needs into requirements.
• Supports development of system design specifications with guidance.
• Provides baseline and moderate technical query support to gather data and analyze trends.
• Assists in creating and maintaining documentation and materials related to changes.
• Defines requirements and business rules for software specifications and reports.
• Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure projects meet requirements, scope, and budget.
