Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business requirements definition and analysis
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Math, or related field
• Healthcare industry experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Accountable for functional system design, configuration, and review/approval of specifications, data flows, and change control processes
• Write and execute ad-hoc SQL reports, queries, and data scripts
• Conduct unit, user acceptance, end-to-end, and regression testing; perform post-implementation QA and issue resolution
• Serve as a liaison between business areas and DTS, communicating system changes to staff and management
• Review, analyze, and resolve sustainment issues; recommend process and technology improvements
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments, mentor Level I analysts, and support adoption of new technologies such as Talend/Tableau/APIs
