Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to maintain existing systems and deliver new solutions in support of core strategies. This role will bridge business and technical teams, guiding requirements and testing while driving efficiencies across the organization.

The position is hybrid (3 days in office) with offices in several western states. Strong SQL, reporting, and collaboration skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in business requirements definition and analysis, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration and/or acceptance testing
• Experience working within a supported business area is required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Own functional system design, configuration, and change control processes
• Write and execute ad-hoc SQL reports, queries, and data scripts that replicate online functionality
• Conduct unit, user acceptance, end-to-end, and regression testing; perform post-implementation QA
• Serve as a liaison between business areas and DTS, communicating system changes to staff, management, and end-users
• Review, analyze, and resolve sustainment issues; recommend process and technology improvements
• Prioritize multiple assignments; lead projects and support production duties as directed
• Mentor and develop Business Analysts and support adoption of new technologies (e.g., Talend, Tableau, APIs)
