Cambia Health is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst (Support Services) for a hybrid role with 3 days in the office. The position supports our core strategies across multiple offices including Portland and nearby locations.

You will analyze business requirements, design configurations, and develop effective data solutions. Responsibilities include writing SQL reports, conducting testing, and guiding stakeholders through system changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field with healthcare experience encouraged.
• 3+ years of experience in business requirements definition and analysis, process modeling, functional systems design, or configuration/testing.
• Experience in a supported business area is required; equivalent education/experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for functional system design, configuration, and approval of specifications and data flows.
• Write and execute ad-hoc SQL reports, queries, and data scripts that replicate online functionality.
• Conduct unit, user acceptance, end-to-end, and regression testing; perform QA and issue resolution.
• Serve as liaison between business areas and DTS; communicate system changes to staff and management.
• Review, analyze, and resolve sustainment issues; recommend process/tech improvements to drive efficiencies.
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments; lead projects and support production duties as directed.
• Mentor and develop Business Analysts; support adoption of Talend, Tableau, and APIs.
