Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to maintain and enhance our systems within the Business & Tech Systems Support team. This role focuses on delivering new solutions aligned with Cambia's Core Strategies, while supporting ongoing operations.

The ideal candidate has strong SQL skills, experience with requirements definition, and the ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent experience may be substituted
• 3+ years of experience in requirements definition, analysis, process modeling, or configuration/testing
• Experience in a supported business area is required
• Equivalent combination of education and experience

Responsibilities

• Accountable for functional system design, configuration, and review of specifications and data flows
• Write and execute ad-hoc SQL reports and data scripts
• Conduct testing (unit, UAT, end-to-end, regression) and QA post-implementation
• Serve as a liaison between business areas and DTS and communicate changes to staff
• Prioritize and manage multiple assignments in a project leadership role
• Mentor and support Level I team members and adopt new technologies
