Job summary

Blackhawk Network seeks a Business Systems Analyst III to support Sales, Marketing and other units in the lead-to-customer process, with strong focus on understanding business needs, resolving system issues, and delivering process improvements that drive usability and data quality.

You’ll configure, test, and support integrations and automations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage assigned work with autonomy while aligning with team standards and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Business Systems administration and integration.
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes, systems, and workflows supporting Sales, Marketing, and Revenue teams.
• Ability to elicit requirements and document functional and system requirements in an agile environment.
• Experience extracting data (e.g., SQL), translating, and modeling data for integration, automation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Experience contributing to cross-functional projects using project management or agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of assigned business systems, including administration, configuration, training, and documentation.
• Apply best practices and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
• Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
• Translate business requirements into functional/technical requirements for execution using agile methodologies.
• Participate in ticket triage and backlog prioritization for managed systems.
• Create and maintain workflow diagrams, data models, and other analysis artifacts.
