Job summary
Cambia Health Solutions in Salt Lake City and other offices is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to maintain existing systems and deliver new solutions within the Business & Tech Systems Support team. You will write ad-hoc SQL queries, define detailed functional requirements, conduct testing, and liaise between business areas and IT.
AI tools experience is highly desired, with relocation or commuting to multiple offices encouraged.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- 3+ years in requirements, analysis, process modeling, or testing
- Experience in a supported business area required
- Equivalent mix of education and experience
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, review specs, data flows, and change control processes
- Write/execute ad-hoc SQL reports, queries, and data scripts
- Conduct unit, user acceptance, end-to-end, and regression testing; post-implementation QA and issue resolution
- Serve as a liaison between business areas and DTS; communicate changes to staff
- Review, analyze, and resolve sustainment issues; recommend process/tech improvements to drive efficiency
- Mentor and develop Business Analysts and support adoption of new technologies like Talend/Tableau/APIs
