INDOT is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join its Central Office in Indianapolis. You will partner with business subject matter experts to drive digital transformation and translate complex needs into scalable technical solutions that align with agency goals.

You will document requirements, perform strategic analyses, and collaborate with IT, Data Governance, QA Testers, and project managers to deliver high-impact systems across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or a similar role.
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs to tech solutions.
• Experience with enterprise IT projects and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise IT and data analysis to drive modernization.
• Document requirements and translate to system specs.
• Collaborate with IT, data teams and stakeholders across the agency.
• Support governance and organizational change efforts.
• Represent the Business Analysis Director when needed.
