Job summary
INDOT is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to operate at the enterprise level, performing comprehensive IT and data systems analysis to support agency-wide strategic and operational needs.
The role reports to the Business Systems Analysis Manager on the Digital Transformation team and focuses on building strong business relationships, translating business objectives to IT requirements, and leading cross-functional initiatives to achieve interoperable, high-quality technology solutions
Qualifications
- Experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role in technology or government.
- 8+ years in business analysis and problem solving in a consulting or project setting.
- 8+ years cultivating and managing business relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong technical, written, and oral communications skills across audiences.
- Business requirements and user story creation and documentation.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience with Azure DevOps.
- Experience with Salesforce platform and eliciting/documenting requirements.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certification.
