Qualifications

• 6+ years in business systems analysis or related field.
• Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams.
• Strong requirements gathering and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience drafting functional specs, test plans, and systems testing.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business systems initiatives from requirements through implementation.
• Translate business needs into functional specs and technical requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements.
• Develop and execute test plans and coordinate UAT.
• Serve as functional lead for enterprise applications and integrations.
• Perform data analysis and mapping to support implementations.
• Coordinate meetings, track milestones, and support delivery.
• Collaborate with development teams and vendors to ensure success.
• Mentor less experienced analysts and support post‑implementation activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across projects.
