• Lead complex projects from proposal through post-implementation and ensure milestones, specs, test plans, and documentation are on schedule.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand application requirements and ensure technology solutions align with business needs.
• Develop functional specifications, test plans, test cases, and data-mapping documentation while coordinating testing activities.
• Collaborate with technology teams and vendors to estimate timelines, assess impacts, resolve issues, and support successful implementation.
• Coordinate post-implementation activities including feedback, issue resolution, debriefs, and ensuring compliance with tech, risk, and regulatory standards.
