Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to bridge business strategy with enterprise systems, process design, and technology delivery across BIS functions. Qualifications

• Strong command of business-analysis practices including process modeling, requirements elicitation, and user stories.
• Experience leading end-to-end business transformations across process, technology, data, and controls.
• Ability to learn additional enterprise domains quickly.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to shape executive roadmaps, business cases, intake and prioritization.
• Lead discovery, current-state and future-state process mapping and root-cause analysis.
• Translate needs into functional requirements, process/data flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop depth in ERP and enterprise platforms, including integrations, reporting, and data dependencies.
• Facilitate design sessions with architecture and engineering; ensure alignment with standards and strategy.
• Maintain requirements traceability and lead validation, UAT, and release readiness.
• Embed compliance, data quality, auditability, and security into process and system designs.
