Job summary

Cerebras Systems is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to connect business strategy, process design, enterprise systems, and technology delivery across BIS-supported functions. This senior role partners with BIS Architecture, Engineering, Data, Production Support, and vendors to deliver scalable, well-controlled business capabilities.

The ideal candidate translates complex needs into clear business cases and sprint-ready work, maintaining traceability, validation, and adoption across ERP

Qualifications

• Strong command of business-analysis practices, including process modeling, requirements elicitation, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT, and release readiness.
• Experience leading end-to-end business transformations across process, technology, data, controls, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with functional leaders to shape roadmaps, business cases, intake, prioritization, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery, current-state and future-state process mapping, root-cause analysis, and gap assessment across multiple domains.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, process and data flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, product specs, and sprint-ready backlog items.
• Develop functional depth in ERP and other enterprise platforms, integrations, reporting, controls, and downstream data dependencies.
• Facilitate cross-functional design sessions with Architecture and Engineering, evaluate solution tradeoffs, ensure alignment with standards and scalability.
• Maintain requirements traceability and lead functional validation, UAT, defect triage, release readiness, training, and adoption activities.
