Job summary

Cerris is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to bridge the IT center and our business units. You will translate business needs into technical specs, coordinate technology projects, and train staff on new tools and dashboards.

You will work closely with the Enterprise Applications Manager to align technology initiatives with strategic goals, driving efficiency and innovation across units.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction industry work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience with Procore, BIM platforms, and project management systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary bridge between IT and business units; facilitate clear communication about technology needs and updates.
• Understand business processes and identify opportunities where technology adds value.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs for the IT team and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Coordinate technology projects across units, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
• Provide training and support on new technologies, applications, dashboards and reports.
• Design data visualizations with internal teams to promote data literacy.
• Gather feedback from business units and relay improvements to IT; advocate for innovative tech solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends to recommend relevant technologies.
