Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Indiana to translate complex business needs into actionable requirements and user stories for enterprise IT and data systems. You will build relationships, guide business areas, and collaborate with IT, QA, and Governance teams to deliver integrated technology solutions.

Qualifications

Experience as a business analyst, consultant, or similar role in technology or government.
Business analysis and problem-solving experience in a consultative or project setting
Solid experience cultivating and managing business relationships with multiple stakeholders
Strong technical, written, and oral communications skills with multiple audiences (technical, data, business, project management, leadership)
Business requirements and user story creation and documentation
Experience with Salesforce, including supporting business processes and eliciting/documenting requirements
Experience with Azure DevOps
Salesforce Certified Business Analyst Certification

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong business relationships to present technology and data-driven solutions addressing organizational challenges.
Serve as the business relationship manager for specialized functional areas, guiding organizational change.
Collaborate with IT and data practitioners to develop high-quality requirements enabling delivery of solutions.
Bridge business needs and technical teams, translating concepts for the business and IT.
Lead efforts to reengineer systems, identify root causes, and break down silos for integrated solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan interoperability across INDOT's systems, data, and processes.
Document comprehensive requirements with clear tech-to-business translation to prevent defects during testing.
Plan advanced integrations at enterprise and detailed levels within governance frameworks.
Support digital transformation planning and contribute to culture change within the Digital Transformation Team.
Manage expectations across customers, peers, vendors, and leadership for aligned delivery.
