URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Product & Technology team in Philadelphia. This role will support the delivery of warehouse management and logistics solutions, leading Scrum teams and collaborating with product management.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical product management or business systems analyst roles, preferably in ecommerce or warehouse management.
• Well-rounded experience delivering integrated software solutions within a complex system architecture.
• Experience estimating and planning large-scale initiatives with complex dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum delivery teams to define technical solutions and manage daily standups.
• Collaborate with product management to maintain a well-groomed backlog.
• Assist in the validation and user acceptance testing of technical deliverables.

Skills

Ability to write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria

Expert knowledge of Jira, Monday.com, Confluence

Experience leading technical delivery teams in an Agile Scrum environment

Knowledge of modern software components including web services, databases, and client applications

Ability to assess risk and dependencies

Ability to query databases using SQL

Practical fluency with AI and Large Language Models

Education

Degree in computer science, business information systems, or equivalent experience
