Job summary

URBN, the parent company of Urban Outfitters, is seeking an Operations Systems Analyst to support our distribution centers' software products and to act as a super-user for warehouse systems. You will collaborate with teams to resolve issues, document training materials, and participate in upgrades and QA testing, ensuring processes align with the standard operating model.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics or related tech environments, experience with WMS/PKMS and MS Office, and strong

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, distribution, operations, process, supply chain or related technical environment is required.
Strong understanding of logistics interaction between systems, processes, operations, transportation and order management.
Experience with WM / PKMS, MS Office.
Organizational, time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

Distribution Campus based support for Distribution Centers using Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Direct, Retail, Wholesale and OMNI systems support.
Ability to identify issues and work with team to resolve issues.
Researching and troubleshooting procedure and software related issues.
Collaborate in professional manner and be responsible for multiple projects and/or tasks.
Analyze requests from the field for validity and measure effectiveness against Standard Operating Model.
