Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document complex requirements; maintain traceability throughout the SDLC.
• Analyze processes and design system solutions aligned with standards; document decisions and processes.
• Perform technical analysis, validation, and troubleshooting of application solutions with cross‑functional teams.
• Lead system and functional testing, including test planning, scripts, execution, defect triage, and signoff.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data analyses to support validation and decision-making.
• Manage intake and analysis of requests across the systems portfolio and support planning.
