Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and validation of application solutions, including data and integration analysis, testing, and coordination with teams.
• Develop and lead system and functional testing, including planning, scripts, execution, and defect triage.
• Develop SQL queries, reports, and data analyses to support validation and decision-making.
• Manage intake and analysis of application requests across the systems portfolio and support planning.
• Develop functional knowledge of research administration processes and systems.
• Develop expertise across the RAS portfolio, including related applications and integrations.

Job description

This position will work closely with business partners, colleagues, and cross-functional teams to understand business processes, workflows, and their relationships to current and future software solutions, with an emphasis on continuous improvement. The role will elicit, document, and validate business requirements; develop system and solution documentation; and collaborate with team members to implement and manage software solutions. The individual will also lead testing and validation activities and use data analysis, querying, and reporting tools to troubleshoot issues, validate solutions, and support business decision-making.Your core responsibilities will include:Elicit, analyze, and document complex business and system requirements , facilitating discussions with diverse stakeholders and translating business needs into epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
