Job summary

PeopleTec, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support a U.S. Army customer at Fort Eustis, VA.

The analyst will blend Microsoft 365 and SharePoint development with requirements gathering, Army systems of record, and process improvement, delivering solutions from discovery to sustainment. Responsibilities include facilitating customer sessions, documenting requirements, configuring SharePoint, validating data, and producing technical documentation while ensuring quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Plan and lead requirements gathering sessions with government customers to define operational needs, priorities, and capabilities.
• Elicit, analyze, document, and manage business and system requirements; clarify rules, dependencies, constraints, and acceptance criteria.
• Map processes, identify gaps, translate requirements into system specs and workflows.
• Coordinate with technical personnel to evaluate solutions and document changes.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation, testing, UAT, and validation against approved requirements.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, and workflows used by operations.
• Retrieve, enter, update, and validate data within Army systems of record as authorized.
• Review content, storage, and records to support retention and data cleanup requirements.
