Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
10-12+ years experience in DoW/Army/government environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint.
Ability to facilitate customer requirements sessions and translate needs into actionable requirements.
Experience with Army systems of record and data validation.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering sessions with government customers and document business, functional, and system requirements.
Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and workflows.
Use Army systems of record to support transactions, data retrieval, reporting, and processes.
Analyze business processes to identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials; support audits and quality initiatives.
