Job summary
PeopleTec, Inc. seeks a Business Systems Analyst to support Fort Eustis, VA. The role blends Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solution development with government requirements gathering and Army systems of record maintenance.
You will facilitate customer sessions, document requirements, and translate needs into practical information management and workflow solutions, collaborating across technical and functional teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, IT, CS, Engineering, Systems Management).
- Experience gathering requirements from government customers and documenting functional specs.
- Proven ability to translate operations needs into system requirements and workflows.
- Experience with SharePoint administration and Microsoft 365 tooling (Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work with Army systems of record and maintain data integrity.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with government customers.
- Document and manage business, functional, and system requirements.
- Map and design processes, translate needs into specifications.
- Configure and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows.
- Support testing, UAT, validation, and implementation of solutions.
