Job summary

Cambridgeshire County Council’s Children’s and Education IT team seeks two Senior Business Systems Support Officers on six-month fixed-term contracts or secondments. You’ll work on Liquidlogic case management systems, configure and test changes, and support the Families First Programme.

You’ll collaborate across teams, liaise with System C via Jira, and maintain service desk workflows, with hybrid working and regular office presence.

Qualifications

• Experience with case management systems holding sensitive information.
• Ability to learn unfamiliar systems and apply knowledge to business processes.
• Strong customer service approach and clear communication with colleagues and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Investigate issues in Liquidlogic applications (LCS, EHM, EYES, ContrOCC) via the service desk.
• Translate service requirements into practical system changes using configuration and testing.
• Coordinate with System C through Jira to progress supplier input toward resolution.
• Support Families First Programme changes and ensure compliance through upgrade adoption.
