Job summary

Ledgent Technology is seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst I in Santa Ana, CA. You will work with business and technology leaders to ensure Engineering provides tools that enable meaningful solutions for the business.

The role is hands-on within a fast-paced agile engineering team with a customer-centric focus and mutual respect among teammates. You will lead cross-functional teams on major initiatives, act as an agile leader and delivery manager of new software, and help modernize technology

Qualifications

3-5 years leading software projects in an integrated agile team.
Experience with software delivery including benefits, time, cost, and risk management.
Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
Experience with software integration, automation, and business process improvement.

Responsibilities

Drive complex software projects across multiple engineering groups.
Lead cross-functional teams as agile leader and delivery manager of new software.
Provide thought leadership on people, process, and culture within the team.
Foster mutual respect and accountability to deliver quality software in a fast-paced environment.
Prioritize and deliver iteratively to meet changing business needs and timelines.
