ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a qualified Business Analyst to support the definition of systems scope and objectives aligned with the business plan. You will document, analyze, trace, prioritize and agree on requirements from business and technology stakeholders, manage change communications, and work directly with clients to understand their needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
3 years experience on IT development contract.
Experience as a business/requirements analyst.
Experience with Agile lifecycle tools (RTC, JIRA).
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, PO/PM is a plus.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide analysis to define system scope and objectives aligned with the business plan.
Assist in documenting, analyzing, tracing, prioritizing and agreeing on requirements from stakeholders.
Control change and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Work with clients to understand business needs.
Assist modifications to procedures to address technical problems in systems.
Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision-making and optimization.
Participate in system testing to ensure functionality, performance and user acceptance.
Assist with design and development of system solutions, including architecture, workflows, data models and interfaces.
