Job summary

Uline, a North America’s leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Business Analyst to translate data and streamline International processes. You will provide actionable insights to senior leadership and partner with cross-functional teams to support system enhancements and evolving trade regulations for our growing North American company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 1+ years of experience as an analyst or similar role
• Proficient in SQL and Microsoft Office
• Power BI, Power Automate and VBA preferred
• Experience in a B2B environment a plus
• Strong communication, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
• Uline does not participate in the H1-B lottery

Responsibilities

• Analyze International team data requests and deliver actionable insights that support business decisions.
• Contribute to modernization projects and process improvements, building efficiencies through automation and smart data use.
• Investigate and resolve user issues, partnering with IT and other teams for testing and support.
• Develop and maintain user resources and training materials to ensure high performance across the Global Trade Management (GTM) system.
• Help translate international trade regulations and business requirements into system workflows and documentation that support evolving business needs.
