Job summary

LHH is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst for a hybrid role in Austin, TX, focusing on PeopleSoft FSCM. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement to gather requirements, analyze processes, and drive system improvements across finance applications.

You will lead design discussions, document specifications, and coordinate UAT while supporting upgrades, testing, and implementation. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance a complex PeopleSoft FSCM environment. This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving system improvements across Finance and Enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities
