A leading manufacturing company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics Business System Analyst. This role is critical in driving the implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solutions. This role will act as a bridge between the IT department and business units, ensuring that our ERP system aligns with company goals and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the implementation and ongoing optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the manufacturing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure successful ERP deployment.
• Manage system configurations, customizations, and integrations to support business processes.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
• Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging Dynamics 365 capabilities to streamline manufacturing processes.
• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of Dynamics 365.
• Develop user guides, training materials, and conduct workshops to enhance user competence.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dynamics 365, offering guidance on best practices and system usage.
• Lead and participate in ERP-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in a Business System Analyst role, with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific challenges.
• Proficiency in system analysis, design, and implementation of ERP systems.
• Strong project management skills, with experience leading ERP implementation projects.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
