Senior Data Migration/Business Systems Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics 365)

CRM Transformation project - This senior role requires at least 2 years of hands-on Dynamics 365 experience — no time for training, we need someone who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead data mapping, transformation, and staging activities.
• Collaborate with business/tech teams to define extraction logic.
• Oversee vendor coordination, data quality, and testing cycles.
• Support SQL staging, ETL planning, and cross-platform data integration.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in data migration (3+ in CRM/PSA projects).
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Salesforce → Dynamics migrations.
• Familiar with Kantata (Mavenlink), KingswaySoft, ETL tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination.
