Job summary
Acumatica is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst to join our Platform Machine Learning Team in Serbia. You will lead AI integrations, building a chat interface that embeds AI into daily work for Acumatica users, focusing on complex API integrations and UI design for B2B/ERP systems.
You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA to translate business needs into technical specs, write detailed design documents, perform testing, and help shape the product backlog.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in system analysis, software design and functional spec development.
- 10+ years in business software development industry.
- Strong ability to model user behavior and write specs for developers.
- English mandatory; Russian is a plus.
- Experience with ERP-like products and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for multiple integrations.
- Develop functional design specifications and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product managers throughout lifecycle.
- Perform acceptance testing and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Present features to technical and non-technical audiences.
