Acumatica is seeking a Distinguished Engineer/Architect to lead AI-driven transformation across enterprise software solutions. Reporting to the Chief Engineering Officer, you will drive AI adoption, scalable architecture, and cross-team influence while shaping product strategy and engineering practices.

The role combines long-term strategic thinking with hands-on execution, guiding platform, AI/ML, product, and application engineering leaders to accelerate AI capabilities across the company.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of software engineering experience, including leading major SaaS/enterprise initiatives.
• Experience delivering and productizing AI/ML capabilities in enterprise apps.
• Strong enterprise application architecture with balance of innovation, scalability, quality, reliability.

Responsabilités

• Define and influence long-term AI and engineering transformation strategy across the company.
• Lead AI-enabled product innovation and engineering productivity initiatives.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance, architectural leadership, and mentorship across teams.
• Represent Acumatica externally with customers, partners, analysts, and at industry events.
