Acronis is seeking a Senior Acumatica ERP Specialist to support a highly customized, multi-entity Acumatica environment. You will drive ERP customizations, integrations, upgrades, and system improvements from design through go-live, partnering with Finance and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years with Acumatica (3+ in development), strong C#/SQL skills, and experience with AI-assisted tooling. You will work in a distributed team with US-East overlap and on-premises deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Acumatica ERP experience, with at least 3 years in a technical/development capacity.
• Deep knowledge of the Acumatica Framework: DACs, graphs, extensions, BQL, event handlers, Inquiries, Report Designer, Business Events, Automated Processing, Import/Export, REST API.
• Strong proficiency in C# and .NET, T‑SQL and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Solid understanding of core accounting/finance processes in ERP (GL, AR, AP, orders, cash, revenue, multi-entity/currency).
• Experience using AI coding assistants (Copilot/Claude) in development and testing.
• Proven ability to run projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable with bilingual/multinational teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Acumatica certifications preferred.
• Experience with Acumatica upgrades on heavily customized on-premises instances.
• Experience integrating Acumatica with Workato or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with SOX/ITGC controls and change management in finance systems.
• Git-based workflows, CI/CD, and automated testing approaches (Acumatica Test SDK).
• Experience with AI integration in ERP contexts.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ERP customizations, integrations, upgrades and system improvements.
• Provide second-line user support for Acumatica users and drive root-cause fixes.
• Design, build, test and deploy Acumatica customizations and reports across the platform.
• Build and maintain integrations between Acumatica and data warehouse, CRM, P2P using REST API and Workato.
• Plan and execute annual version upgrades: refactoring, testing, UAT, go-live and stabilization.
• Collaborate with Finance to translate requirements into technical designs and delivery plans.
• Lead projects, manage scope and estimates; mentor team members and contribute to docs.
• Use AI-assisted engineering to improve development, testing, and troubleshooting practices.
