Workplace Benefits Technology is seeking an IT Business Analyst III in Pennington, NJ. This onsite role focuses on Wealth Management and Workplace Benefits products, driving agile delivery and translating business needs into actionable requirements.

The candidate will collaborate with domain experts, perform onboarding verifications, and support a structured submittal process to ensure accuracy and location alignment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a technical business analyst.
• Experience in Wealth Management.
• Experience driving functional and technical delivery.
• Experience with Institutional Retirement/ Workplace Benefits products such as 401(k), Equity Awards, and ESPP.
• Ability to work effectively in an agile delivery environment.

• Support agile team delivery by acting as a hands-on business systems analyst within Workplace Benefits Technology.
• Drive functional and technical delivery by partnering with domain experts to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Perform glider ID verification as part of the onboarding process.
• Ensure your resume includes your current and intended location, and submit at the correct rate for the location.
• Coordinate submittals carefully, noting that there are three candidates submittal per supplier and additional spots will not be provided for rejected candidates.

Our client, Workplace Benefits Technology is seeking a IT Business Analyst III to join their team. As a IT Business Analyst III, you will be part of the Workplace Benefits Technology organization supporting the agile delivery team. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder communication, a hands‑on approach to business systems analysis, and the ability to drive functional and technical delivery in an agile environment, which will align successfully in the organization.
