Job summary

Sotalent is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge business strategy and technology across our food and beverages manufacturing operations. You will translate business needs into technology solutions, lead cross-functional initiatives, and drive process improvements that deliver measurable value.

You will partner with stakeholders to identify strategic opportunities, document requirements, create use cases, and guide solution delivery from concept through deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role with progressively increasing responsibilities.
• Experience supporting complex enterprise applications, business processes, and technology implementations.

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end business processes such as Order-to-Cash (OTC), Record-to-Report (R2R), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Supply Chain, and related operational workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise platforms across finance, supply chain, operations, human resources, commercial, or product lifecycle management functions.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), application architecture, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Experience leading software implementation, transformation, or modernization projects.
• Project management experience or exposure to project delivery methodologies.
