Job summary

Clio seeks a Senior Business Solution Architect to join the Customer Team in New York City. You will design and implement tailored solutions on the ShareDo platform, mapping client requirements to deliver scalable, governance-friendly workflows and integrations.

You will lead delivery across the implementation lifecycle, coach clients in self-sufficiency, and influence product direction with client insights while traveling ~20% to client sites.

• Hands-on, delivery-focused mindset with ownership of end-to-end delivery.
• Strong consultative skills with senior stakeholders and workshops.
• Technical fluency in low-code environments and understanding of system architecture and integrations.
• Client-focused approach to change management, training, and sustained engagement.
• Demonstrate keen interest in improving craft by using AI.

Responsibilities

• Designing and mapping client requirements to the ShareDo platform through structured discovery.
• Configuring workflows, forms, and templates in a low-code environment while coaching clients on self-sufficiency.
• Leading delivery across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timelines and estimates are met.
• Owning and evolving a specific solution area, defining best practices and driving innovation.
• Enhancing accelerators (system modules) based on feedback and insights.
• Advising on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models for scalability.
• Recommending integration and data strategies for maintainability and growth.
• Influencing product direction by feeding client insights into the roadmap.
• Supporting adoption through mentoring, training, and proactive engagement.
• Contributing to pre-sales through demos and prototypes of ShareDo capabilities.
• Travel to client sites and cross-functional meetings (~20%).
