Job summary

Sony Music Entertainment seeks a Senior Business Solutions Specialist to own the full solution lifecycle across US and international markets. You will mentor the NYC Specialist team, run discovery and scoping sessions, and build automated workflows for label, marketing, and release operations.

You will define success metrics, partner with Legal and InfoSec, and lead change-adoption efforts while enabling teams to leverage AI tools for recurring problems.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in business/systems analysis, solutions consulting, or enterprise no-code/low-code platform administration.
• Ability to run point independently with senior business stakeholders.
• Experience with data migrations and requirements-gathering.
• AI experience with Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, Google Gemini.
• Familiarity with scripting or automation logic.
• Adaptable to learning new platforms as workflows expand.
• Experience leading change adoption or user enablement efforts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for assigned business units.
• Lead discovery, scoping, and requirements sessions.
• Build and maintain business systems, automations, and workflows.
• Write specs for integrations with internal Sony Music systems.
• Lead data migrations and test solutions with end users.
• Share best practices and contribute reusable playbooks.
• Escalate architecture questions to the Architect.
• Define success metrics and drive data-driven iteration.
• Ensure governance, privacy, security, and compliance alignment.
